Nature of the Service

Hypatia is an entertainment service that generates personalized astrological reports through algorithms. All content provided is intended exclusively for entertainment and recreational purposes.

Astrological reports do not constitute and do not replace in any way medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. The user is solely responsible for any decisions made based on the content provided.

Account and Personal Data

To generate a personalized birth chart, the user provides their birth data (name, gender, date, time, and place of birth) and an email address. This data is used exclusively to calculate the birth chart and personalize the report text.

An account is created upon email address confirmation. Each account is associated with one or more birth charts, accessible via a permanent link.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Digital Products

Hypatia offers the option to purchase extended astrological reports as digital products. Each purchase results in the immediate delivery of personalized digital content.

By completing a purchase, the user consents to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that, pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Refund Policy

As the products are personalized digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are not generally available. However, if technical issues prevent access to a purchased product, the user may contact us at ciao@hypatia.blue to request assistance or, where appropriate, a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and software, is the property of Hypatia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Hypatia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hypatia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the Service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, pursuant to Italian consumer protection legislation (D.Lgs. 206/2005).
